How to request access
Access to the ARTC customer portal is limited to authorised customers of ARTC. If you are a customer of ARTC and would like access, please contact ARTCCustomerportal@ARTC.com.au with your name, contact details, company name and position title.
 
Forgotten password

User account passwords can be reset by contacting ARTCCustomerportal@ARTC.com.au with your name, contact details and a request for a password reset.
 

I can’t Login to the Customer Portal

If you have issues logging into your ARTC customer portal account, please contact ARTCCustomerportal@ARTC.com.au with your name and contact details stating a description of the issue you are having accessing your account.
